(KSL News) Polygamist John Daniel Kingston and Heidi Mattingly were back in court today for a review hearing involving the custody of the couple's children.

A therapist who has been counseling Kingston testified. The judge is assessing the progress of his court-ordered therapy, part of the process for him to regain custody of several of his children.

Last month, the judge said she was not satisfied with the amount of information provided by Kingston's therapist in letters to the court and wanted the therapist to testify in person.

The couple has spent more than two years under court supervision after findings of abuse and neglect in June of 2004.
