LOGAN, Utah (AP) -- Former Utah State quarterback Jerod Walker will stand trial in February on aggravated sexual assault charges. A judge has determined there is probable cause to send the case to trial.

Walker was arrested in April after a woman accused him of raping her in his campus apartment April 9. Utah State coach Brent Guy dismissed Walker shortly after the charges were filed. Walker told police he had consensual sex with the woman.
