(KSL News) After several delays, a teen charged in connection with a friend's death will be sentenced today.

Jasen Calacino pleaded guilty in August to abuse and desecration of a human body.

Calacino and then-girlfriend Macall Aubrey Petersen dumped Amelia Sorich's body in the foothills near Bountiful after she overdosed on heroin.

Earlier Petersen pleaded guilty to negligent homicide and was sentenced to up to six years in prison.
