(KSL News) A hunter, out alone, fell down a ridge in East Canyon, but was saved by two things she brought with her.

The 38-year-old woman had a cell phone and GPS unit, so rescue crews were able to get to her quickly.

The woman was in Affleck Park when she fell several feet down a rocky ledge, and got pretty banged up.

She knew she wouldn't be able to make it down the mountain without help, so she made a call. The woman was taken to the hospital. She's expected to be okay.
