KSL Newsradio's Greg Neft reporting Area eating establishments are looking forward to the LDS General Conference, for all the extra business it's expected to bring.

At Passages Restaurant across from Temple Square, Manager Tiffany Snyder says this is one of their favorite times of year. "We see thousands of people in one weekend, and it's fun," she said.

To get ready Snyder says they're doubling staff for the week and are expecting things to get real busy. And that, she says, is a good thing.

"We make good money," she said.

Her restaurant is just one of several downtown expecting an uptick in business for the conference.
