(KSL News) -- A report from the Salt Lake City School District tonight reveals some schools did NOT meet state or federal standards.

Twelve schools in the district did notmeet standards in at least one of the 40 categories in Annual Year Reports.

The reports detail the provisions set by the No Child Left Behind Act. Eight district schools did not reach acceptable state performance levels for U-PASS, or the Utah Performance Assessment System for Students.

The Utah State Office of Education will release reports for both U-PASS and No Child Left Behind tomorrow.
