(KSL News) Gov. Jon Huntsman, Jr. will be sworn into office tomorrow, and he has a lot on his mind as heads into his second term leading the state.
Huntsman wants to raise teacher salaries, bridge the gap between those who have health insurance and those who don't, and turn Utah into a hub for renewable energy. Whatever happens, Huntsman says it will affect the future.
"In a very real sense, the decisions that we're making today won't be felt by the people who are hanging around today, they'll be felt by the next generation," he said.
The governor's inauguration will take place on the south stairs of the State Capitol tomorrow morning at 11:45.
Murray's "American Idol" David Archuleta will sing the national anthem.
