(KSL News) -- A fire in West Valley City forced one family from their home.
The family of five inside noticed smoke coming from a vent and called the fire department. Crews arrived to some heavy smoke and flames in the roof area.
No one was hurt.
The home is a total loss,about 100-thousand to 200-thousand dollars in damage.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
