(KSL News) -- Narcotics officers recently made a dent in a major marijuana trafficking operation here in the Salt Lake Valley.
Following months of undercover buys, narcotics officers raided homes in Magna, West Valley, West Jordan, Salt Lake and South Salt Lake.
They seized some 200 pounds of marijuana, along with some guns and money.
They tell us this drug ring is based in Tuscon, Arizona, and sells about 500 to 700 pounds of pot each month in the Salt Lake Valley.
