Forty-six year old Mario Gueierrez Ruiz, from Heber, is the ex-boyfriend. Police think he forced the woman into his car and took off. The two used to date, but they broke up a few months ago. Now there are a lot of questions. Is Pacheco okay and where is Ruiz taking her?

Lt. Phil Kirk, Park City Police Dept.: "He's from Mexico and his family is from there, and we believe that he's probably headed down to there to get some safe refuge, away from the US authorities."

Ruiz has several cars, but police believe he's driving a white Mazda 626, with Centennial Utah license plate 651 XJS.

Police do believe Ruiz is armed. He has a history of domestic violence.
