(KSL News) Sandy Police are looking for new leads as they investigate that suspicious package left at a TRAX station.

Police have received a few calls about a man they want to question named Dave Messenger, but none have panned out.

Police say they contacted the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms but since it's not proven the device would've exploded the feds aren't getting involved.

UTA says trains are operating normally today.
