Brooke Walker ReportingPolice are looking for two men who held up a West Jordan bank this morning. Police hope someone will recognize the two men from surveillance pictures.

Just after 10:00 this morning, the two individuals walked into a Zion's bank at 7800 S. 1800 W. One was wearing a hoodie, the other sunglasses. They were acting suspicious.

Police Searching for Bank Robbers

Bank employees picked up on the behavior and one employee actually moved to sound the alarm, but couldn't get there fast enough.

The suspects immediately drew two handguns and ordered everyone in the building not to do a thing. One of the suspects remained in the front of the bank, basically holding the other people at bay. The other suspect actually went behind the counter and began ransacking drawers.

The two were only in the bank a short while before they took off. At this point, police are not sure exactly what they got away with.

No one was physically hurt, but you can imagine it was a pretty stressful situation for both customers and employees. One of the employees actually complained of chest pains and was treated by an ambulance.

As for the two suspects, they took off in an older gray minivan. The two are described as middle-aged, both about six feet tall, with dark hair. Anyone with more information should contact the West Jordan police Department.
