SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A video produced by two Orem High School students has won an award from the organization that presents television's Emmy Awards.

Both graduating seniors, Collin Barkdull and Trevor Robertson, will receive a "Student Emmy Award" next week for their short piece titled "All Tied Up."

Only seven winners were chosen out of more than six-hundred high school entries.

Robertson said it was really impressive that something they did for a school assignment ended up going to nationals.

Both students will travel to New York with their teacher to accept the award in a ceremony, which is set for June ninth

Robertson and Barkdull both say they hope to continue to work in film or theater in the future.
