(KSL News) -- Logan police say their city has a gang problem.
The department has formed a new Special Operations unit dedicated to preventing crime among young people and monitoring any gang activity.
A police spokesman says there has been a significant increase in gang related crime in Logan since the beginning of the year, including a large number of vandalisms.
