(KSL News) -- As we head into Memorial Day weekend, there are traffic issues to be aware of.

Expect 20 to 45 minute delays if you travel north on I-15 through Nephi in Juab County.

Traffic will be restricted to one lane between exits 222 and 228. A safety barrier will shift southbound traffic onto a northbound lane.

UDOT suggests drivers avoid the area during peak travel hours, Monday afternoon and evening.

Crews will repair heavy wear and damage on the road and bridge crossings.

The good news is UDOT has reopened several passes just in time for holiday travel.

Heavy snow closed the Monte Cristo Pass, that's SR 39 between Huntsville and Woodruff, during the winter. But at 8:00 this morning it will reopen.

Also now open are Wolf Creek Pass, East Canyon, Alpine Loop and Cedar Breaks.

Mount Holly Junction, Guardsman Pass and Mirror Lake are still closed.
