Lance Bandley ReportingWhen Vicente Fox visits Utah Tuesday and Wednesday, part of his time will be spent to develop better economic relations with Utah. They've been improving over the last several years.

Mexican born workers in Utah only make around $18,000 a year. Undocumented workers make even less.

"We have a very vibrant labor market producing a lot of jobs. So a lot of people follow that," says University of Utah professor Ken Jameson.

Jameson says the connection between Utah and Mexico has been growing rapidly.

Mexico ranks eighth in terms of Utah exports to foreign countries and will soon pass China for seventh.
