WEST HAVEN, Utah (AP) -- A ten-year-old boy who drowned over the weekend in West Haven has been identified.

Police say the boy's name is Bailee Ryan Hardel.

Deputies say a family member discovered Bailee on his side in a bathtub on Saturday. Neighbors and emergency workers tried to revive him, but were unsuccessful.

Bailee's family told officers the boy had previously complained about flu-like symptoms.

Investigators are now waiting for the results from the medical examiner's office to find out the official cause of death. However, deputies say there were no signs of foul play.
