Chris Kaye ReportingJon Hart says it's been difficult since his wife got deployed with the 144th Area Medical Support Company last summer.

"A lot tougher than I thought it would be. You don't know what you've got until it's gone. I'm sure these guys appreciate their mother a lot more. I know I sure do."

The couple's teenage sons, Ari and Jordy, say they have more to do around the house with mom away. Ari has even become quite a cook. His specialty...

"Tuna Helper, I guess."

Deena Hart just received the Army Achievement Medal for her outstanding service and her family couldn't be more proud.
