(KSL News) -- The National Park Service has issued tighter restrictions at Arches National Park.

Last night we showed you Dean Potter climbing Delicate Arch. He maintains the climb was not illegal.

But the park service is re-writing its rules to more clearly identify what IS and is NOT legal, at any of the arches or natural bridges.

Rangers are deciding whether Potter did any damage, to the arch.
