No one knows exactly what happened on board, but critics, like the Movie Show's Steve Sales, say the film does a good job of trying to re-create what must have happened. Sales says the film's creators had help from people who where involved like FAA controllers.

"See these people wanted to be a part of this because they wanted to get it right. And so they were actually involved in this stuff. And here they are now basically re-creating their roles."

"Flight 93, runway 411 cleared for take off...." (movie clip)

Some victims' families are criticizing the film. In Utah, so-called Healing Fields, American Flags honoring the victims, will be set up outside theaters.

Audience members are absolutely silent and somber.

"very though provoking..."

Some are even crying as they leave the theater.

"About time some told the story."

"It's a very sad movie but an excellent movie, well done. Everybody should see it."

Even though everyone knows how the story ends, these folks say they had to see the movie to remember that day.

"You can just see the chaos of that day. No one was expecting it and no one was really prepared or had a plan."

Some who have been to ground zero say it was amazing to feel those emotions again.
