VIENNA (AP) — Austrian police say they have found one of two suspects who allegedly discussed setting off a bomb in an Arabic conversation on a Vienna subway, but he denies any talk of a bomb.

Police say the man turned himself in after photos of him and a fellow suspect were published. The search for them was launched last week, when other passengers who understood Arabic notified police about the conversation after leaving the subway car. The train then was stopped and officers looked for the suspects but found no trace of them or a briefcase they were carrying.

One was allegedly overheard saying he had set "the bomb at five minutes." Police said Tuesday that the suspect claims the witnesses must have misheard their discussion.
