LAS VEGAS (AP) — Two suspects are being sought in a Sunday morning shooting that wounded four people in downtown Las Vegas.

Police said two men and two women were transported to the hospital with gunshot wounds and one of the male victims was listed in critical condition.

According to police, the shooting was reported around 6:20 a.m. in the area of 3rd Street and Ogden Avenue.

Investigators believe two men who were unknown to the victims got into an argument with them on the sidewalk. Both groups exchanged words. One of the men then allegedly retrieved a handgun from a car and fired several shots at the group.

Both suspects then got into a white sedan with dark tint and a sunroof.

Police describe them both as black males in their 20s. One was dressed in a maroon, long-sleeve shirt and jeans. The other was seen wearing an orange shirt and shorts.

Authorities did not release the names of the victims or any other details.
