SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Utah law enforcement officers will be out in force this Halloween weekend as part of a blitz to catch drunk drivers.
The Utah Highway Patrol says in a statement that 160 extra troopers will be out on the roads for the DUI patrol.
The extra force will be deployed Friday evening through late Sunday.
Troopers urge anyone planning on drinking to use a sober driver, a taxi or public transportation.
