CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec. advanced 16 cents to 3.8750 a bushel; Dec. corn was up 5.75 cents at 3.3750 a bushel; Dec. oats unchanged at $2.0025 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans was off 2.25 cents to $10.2750 a bushel.
Beef was lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was off 2.35 cents at $1.0822 a pound; January feeder cattle fell 3.17 cents to $1.2460 a pound; while December lean hogs rose .53 cent at $.5075 a pound.
