CHILLSVILLE — No, that is not the Hogwarts castle featured in the latest trailer starring Emma Watson. But there is definitely magic happening there.
Monday, Disney released the first teaser trailer for its forthcoming live-action version of “Beauty and the Beast,” and it is sure to send chills down your spine from start to finish.
The music alone could score (see what I did there?) the movie a 98 percent on Rotten Tomatoes in my humble opinion, but unfortunately, it has to be enough to keep us going for a while, since the film doesn’t hit theatres until March 2017.
Disney, you seriously making me wait a year to watch Hermione marry the Beast? #BeOurGuest

The trailer features gorgeous shots of the Beast’s enchanted castle as the piano in the background transports viewers to a time when life was simpler and the world seemed kinder.
Ewan McGregor’s Lumiere and Ian McKellen’s Cogsworth are the first to speak in the trailer, though their characters are not shown. But lucky for us, we catch a glimpse of Emma Watson as Belle when she discovers the rose that started the entire story.
Directed by Bill Condon, “Beauty and the Beast” will come to the big screen March 17, 2017.
