LAKE ARIEL, Pa. (AP) — Authorities say three juveniles are dead and three others hurt after an SUV crash in northeastern Pennsylvania.
State police say a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban carrying six juveniles overturned late Saturday morning in Paupack Township, Wayne County. That's about 70 miles north of Philadelphia.
Officials say one person died at the scene and two others died at a hospital. The extent of the survivors' injuries was not immediately known.
The names and ages of those involved were not immediately released.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident. No other vehicles were involved.
