CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec. lost 4.25 cents at $3.99 a bushel; Dec. corn was unchanged to 3.2925 a bushel; Dec. oats were up 2 cents at $1.76 a bushel; while Nov. soybeans rose 4.75 cents to $9.5025 a bushel.
Beef was lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. October live cattle was off 1.57 cents at $1.0190 a pound; September feeder cattle fell .95 cent to $1.3422 a pound; while October lean hogs was up .32 cents at $.5202 a pound.
