Outlook
Dry and warmer than normal weather with continue through the end of the work week. Highs will be near 90 degrees Wednesday and Thursday, then a wind shift will drive temperatures into the mid 90s Friday. Speaking of wind, breezy west/northwest winds will continue across eastern and southern Utah Wednesday, which will keep fire danger elevated there. On Thursday, winds will lighten up as high pressure moves overhead. Winds will pick up again on Friday but this time from the south and especially for western Utah. As the high shifts to our east Friday and Saturday, this will open the door for a disturbance to clip northern Utah. This will have a chance to bring a few dry thunderstorms and showers to northern Utah. - Matt Johnson, KSL Weather 6.17.26
