Outlook
The weekend is a bit of a state divided. Northern Utah will see temperatures in the 80s with mostly clear skies, southern Utah on the other hand could see some pop-up t-storms in the mountains. A little be of subtropical moisture will be drawn in from the Sea of Cortez Saturday and Sunday, this should be enough to fire off a couple of showers in the mountains. The hope is to get some rain out of these showers and not fire starts. The mercury pushes a little higher next week with temperatures into the 90s for the Wasatch Front starting Tuesday. - Matt Johnson, KSL Weather 6.12.26
