LOS ANGELES — Utah State was confident going into this weekend's game. USC got dismantled by its Week 1 opponent, Alabama, while Utah State bounced Weber State.
Although Utah State fans were cautious, since the Aggies' first opponent was an FCS school, no one would have seen a loss this bad. USC took home the win 45-7.

On top of losing the game, Utah State had another devastating loss in the form of senior cornerback Daniel Gray, who was taken off the field in a stretcher in the first quarter.
No matter the team, you never want to see a player go off on a stretcher. Hope Gray Jr. is OK. #USCvsUSU — Bailey McMurdie (@baileymcmurdie) September 10, 2016

Confidence going forward is low for the Aggies, as their fans are still feeling the sting.
