WEST VALLEY CITY — Prince performed Oct, 4, 1997, during the inaugural concert at the E-Center, now called the Maverik Center in West Valley City.
The 57-year-old musician was found dead his Minneapolis home Thursday. The legend won seven Grammys Awards. Five of his singles topped the charts and 14 other songs hit the Top 10. He won an Oscar for best original song score for "Purple Rain."
