HOLLYWOOD — “Divergent” fans had reason to rejoice Wednesday when the film’s sequal debuted its first teaser trailer.
The one-minute “Insurgent” trailer is action-packed, beginning with Tris, the protagonist, running to save her mother from a burning building.
Shailene Woodley, who portrays Tris, looks as fierce as ever in Summit Entertainment's new film.
If the trailer is any indication of the tone of the movie, fans are sure to be sitting on the edges of their seats.
“Insurgent” is the second installment of Veronica Roth’s “Divergent” book trilogy and is set to release in theaters March 20, 2015.
