SALT LAKE CITY — The FBI is seeking public assistance in identifying a man they believed robbed at least four banks within a month.

At each robbery, the man presented a note to a teller that threatens violence. The robber is described as a white male who wears a fake mustache, goatee and sideburns, but not necessarily at the same time.

Pasty Speelman from the FBI said the man "should be considered armed and dangerous, and the public is advised not to approach this individual and to contact authorities with information regarding his whereabouts."

The robberies took place on the following dates:

  • Dec. 6, 2013; Goldenwest Credit Union, 3225 Harrison Blvd., Odgen
  • Dec. 20, 2013; America First Credit Union, 5219 South 4105 West, Kearns
  • Dec. 23, 2013; US Bank, 8100 S State Street, Midvale
  • Jan. 2, 2014; 1520 South 500 West, Woods Cross, UT

Anyone with information can contact the FBI Salt Lake City Division at 801-579-1400; the Unified Police Department at 801-743-7000; or the Ogden Police Department at 801-395-8221.
