I have received many questions about Kenneth Ogbe, a possible basketball recruit from Germany. I saw this interview from him a decided (with a slight nudge from @UofUMansir and @UofUUtes) to translate.
I am absolutely including a disclaimer - it has been 13 years since I have been in Germany and these guys are speaking very fast but from what I can tell, Ogbe is very well-spoken.
Question: Kenneth Ogbe, MVO of the NBBL All-Star game, the south has won five out of six, are you okay with that?
Ogbe- absolutely, we played well together. I said at the beginning that we wanted to show the North our (team) unity and it worked out well for us.
Question: Your brother is in college right now, you have played for a short while here in Nuremberg, would you come back here?
Ogbe- absolutely, I have lived here for four years (a short four years) and then I went back. I really liked the city, I got to know a few people and I really like them. They all came to the arena, it has been really nice.
Question: What are the parts of your game that you are pleased with and what would you like to work on?
Question: MVP of the NBBL All-Star game, where do you see yourself in four years?
Ogbe- Hopefully in the Pros. (He uses the word Bundesliga, I don't want to take this out of context, he might mean the Pro league over in Germany or the NBA, not sure which, I have to believe Germany though.)
