BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - Spencer Dinwiddie scored 13 points and had a key block in the late going, helping Colorado pull away for a 60-50 victory over Utah on Thursday night.
Sabatino Chen added 12 points and Andre Roberson had 10 as Colorado (18-8, 8-6 Pac-12) rebounded from its overtime loss to Arizona State last weekend despite missing freshman star Josh Scott, who sat out with a concussion suffered in the game against the Sun Devils.

The Buffaloes gained a split of their season series with the Utes, who took the first meeting 58-55 in Utah earlier this month.
Jordan Loveridge had 12 points to lead Utah (11-15, 3-11 Pac-12). Jason Washburn and Brandon Taylor added 10 points apiece.
Roberson, who is leading the nation in rebounding, also had 13 boards for the Buffaloes. He increased his career total to 1,006. He ranks second in school history behind Stephane Pelle, who had 1,054 from 1999-2003.
Loveridge opened the second half with a 3-pointer, putting Utah in front by a point. Colorado answered with an 11-0 run that started with a putback by Xavier Johnson. Askia Booker and Chen also drained 3-pointers in the surge en route to a 41-31 Colorado lead, the Buffaloes' biggest to that point.
Dakarai Tucker hit a 3-pointer and Loveridge made a layup around a free throw by Johnson as the Utes pulled to within 50-46 with 6:25 remaining.
Both teams traded baskets before Colorado got a stop when Dinwiddie swatted away Taylor's attempt at a driving layup. The Buffaloes followed up the defensive play with a putback by Roberson, giving Colorado a 55-48 lead with 3:41 left to play.
The Utes scored only one more field goal the rest of the way while Colorado hit its free throws down the stretch to secure the victory.
A dunk by Washburn gave the Utes a 28-24 lead with 3:11 left in the opening period. But the Buffaloes closed out the half by scoring the final five points, including a 3-pointer by Dinwiddie, for a 30-28 lead.
Midway through the first half, Dinwiddie's streak of consecutive free throws ended at 33 after he missed the second of a pair of foul shots. It was the third-longest streak in school history.
Cory Higgins set the school record in 2010-11 when he made 45 in a row.
