I made a commitment last week to lose 20 pounds before heading to the beach. Making that commitment made me clean up my act a bit, but the biggest thing I learned today is that I need a plan if I'm going to be successful. So, here's the plan.
I'm going to eat smarter now that the Easter Candy is almost gone. (Darn Cadbury Eggs!) I'm going to get some sort of exercise every day, even if that just means a quick walk around the block with the dog. I'm going to attend weekly Weight Watchers Meetings here at work.
