VANCOUVER — Canadians take their hockey seriously. With the NHL playoffs underway, hockey fans all over North America are making sure that sitting in front of the TV is their main priority.

This receipt showed up on Reddit over the weekend, and it's something all us sports fans have either done in some way or wish we had done.

The receipt is for a pizza and it's listed as "pick-up," and then below that in all caps it reads, "VOID."

The reason? The Canucks were playing.

The note on the receipt reads, "RESENDING AS DELIVERY — Canucks have tied game, customer cannot leave house to pickup."

That's dedication. But as one Redditor put it, it was all for naught.

AT&T Park in San Francisco is known for being the home of the San Francisco Giants and for McCovey's Cove.

This is right behind the right field wall where fans hang out in kayaks, hoping to get their hands on a home-run ball.

ESPN decided to monetarily take advantage of the tradition and send out a hot dog vendor in a kayak.

Sure, it was a publicity stunt for ESPN and the Giants, but who cares. That's just awesome.

The BYU men's rugby team won their second consecutive National Championship last weekend and their third in five years.

The game against the Cal Bears literally went down to the last second when BYU freshman Jonny Linehan made a drop kick to win the game.
