HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — The Latest on the wall collapse near a Harrisburg bridge (all times local):

A bridge in Pennsylvania's capital city has reopened to pedestrian and vehicle traffic a day after an adjoining wall and parking lot collapsed onto two businesses below.
The ground supporting the wall adjacent to the Mulberry Street Bridge in Harrisburg gave way Thursday afternoon. The collapse sent a car crashing through the roof of a tire warehouse, but no one was hurt.
A Pennsylvania Department of Transportation inspection team on Friday afternoon determined the bridge was safe to use.
PennDOT tells Pennlive.com it owns the bridge but says it doesn't own the adjacent wall. It says it's not responsible for the collapse.
The cause of the collapse is still under investigation.
PennDOT's Mike Keiser says heavy rainfall might have contributed to it.

A concrete retaining wall supporting a surface parking lot has collapsed in Pennsylvania onto two businesses below.
Authorities say the ground supporting the wall adjacent to a bridge gave way Thursday afternoon in the state capital of Harrisburg.
A car that was in the parking lot crashed through the roof of a tire warehouse. There were no injuries reported. No one was in the car at the time. The tire warehouse and an adjoining motorcycle shop also were empty.
Firefighters were training near the bridge at the time and saw the car cascade down.
The cause of the collapse remains under investigation.
Authorities say the bridge will remain closed until further notice.
