DOVER, Del. (AP) — Dover Police are looking for a man they say robbed two women in the parking lot of the Dover Library.
It happened on Sunday when the women were getting out of a car. Officers say 30-year-old Matthew Gannon announced a robbery and put a handgun against one of the women.
Authorities say Gannon grabbed a wallet from the car's center console, then ran away with another suspect.
Police are searching for Gannon, who is charged with robbery and other offenses.
