CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — West Virginia University President E. Gordon Gee is heading to the Capitol to help celebrate a century of 4-H camping.

The activities Friday are during West Virginia University day at the Legislature. Other visitors will include 4-H youth, extension volunteers and WVU faculty.

As part of the celebration, a Council Circle will be held in the Capitol's lower rotunda at noon and will include traditional 4-H songs. Gee is scheduled to participate.

Besides 4-H activities, many WVU programs will be highlighted.
