Ohio State associate provost to speak at UALR consortium

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — The associate provost in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at Ohio State University will be the featured speaker at the fifth annual African American Male Initiative Consortium Conference at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

The conference featuring James L. Moore III is Feb. 19 and 20 and will take place in various locations in the Donaghey Student Center.

Moore is the inaugural director of the Todd Anthony Bell National Resource Center on the African American Male.

His research on relationships between educational professionals and students from different socio-cultural, familial, school and racial and ethnic backgrounds has been recognized internationally.
