ELGIN, Ill. (AP) — A former president of Mexico will be the keynote speaker at Judson University's annual World Leaders Forum next spring.
University officials announced the addition Sunday of Felipe Calderón to the March 12 event in Chicago, according to The (Arlington Heights) Daily Herald (http://bit.ly/1nVSwI1 ).
Calderón served as Mexico's 56th president from 2006 to 2012, the year he chaired the G-20 conference.
The Elgin university's annual forum has featured former President George W. Bush, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, and former Russian President Mikhail Gorbachev in past years.
