CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Sept delivery rose 14 cents to $5.5125 a bushel; Dec corn was 3.5 cents higher at 3.77 a bushel; Dec oats were .75 cent higher at $3.34 a bushel; while Nov soybeans lost 4 cents to $10.52 a bushel.
Beef was higher and pork was mostly higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Oct live cattle rose .40 cent to $1.4775 a pound; Sep feeder cattle was 2.05 cents higher at $2.1510 a pound; while Oct lean hogs fell .30 cent to $.9495 a pound.
