The acquisition adds to the already strong assessment services Hay Group offers clients as part of its broader people-related advisory services. It enables the firm to provide objective and actionable insights about applicants and employees at all levels in an organization.
Founded by leading occupational psychologist Roger Holdsworth in 2006, Talent Q is a pioneer of online psychometric assessments and one of the most innovative players in the market, serving all sizes of organizations, across many different industry segments. As a result of the acquisition, clients in over 125 countries will benefit from Hay Group and Talent Q's combined expertise.
