AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar 20, 2014--Compass Learning, a leading provider of personalized learning solutions for the K-12 education market, has named Eileen Shihadeh vice president of marketing for the Austin-based company.

Shihadeh brings nearly two decades of successful branding and marketing leadership experience in the K-12 education market. In addition to strong strategic skills, Shihadeh also displays a long-standing personal commitment and passion for education and has most recently served on the senior executive teams for BARBRI and eInstruction. She has also served in marketing leadership and educational content roles for Texas Instruments’ Education Division and for Harcourt. Shihadeh has a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin, and she pursued graduate studies in both mathematics and business.
