Grain mostly higher, livestock mostly lower

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery rose 23.25 cents to $7.1575 a bushel; May corn was 1.50 cents higher at 4.8775 a bushel; May oats fell 11.25 cents to $4.30 a bushel; while May soybeans were 13 cents higher at $14.3125 a bushel.

Beef was mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle fell .08 cent to $1.3827 a pound; May feeder cattle was .25 cent higher at $1.7857 a pound; while June lean hogs fell .75 cents to $1.3225 a pound.
