CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery was off 5.25 cents to $5.1150 a bushel; December corn fell 4.50 cents to 3.9125 a bushel; December oats were .50 cent lower at 2.1875 a bushel; while November soybeans declined 9.75 cents to $8.8125 a bushel.
Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was up 1.52 cents to $1.3767 a pound; November feeder cattle gained 2.88 cents to $1.8410 a pound; while December lean hogs rose .18 cent to $.6615 a pound.
