CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly lower Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery gained 8.50 cents to $5.0775 a bushel; May corn fell .25 cent to 3.91 a bushel; May oats were 5.50 cents lower at $2.7275 a bushel; while May soybeans was off 7.25 cents to $9.6725 a bushel.
Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle was up .97 cent to $1.5297 a pound; May feeder cattle rose 2.35 cents to $2.1812 a pound; while June lean hogs were .15 cent lower to $.75 a pound.
