CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Sept delivery was 6.25 cents higher at $5.3075 a bushel; Sept corn was 2.25 cents higher at 3.6250 a bushel; Dec oats were .25 cent higher at $3.2425 a bushel; while Nov soybeans were 18.75 cents higher at $10.7650 a bushel.
Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
August live cattle rose .10 cent to $1.5605 a pound; August feeder cattle was 1.23 cents higher at $2.1725 a pound; while August lean hogs lost 3 cents to $1.2457 a pound.
