Colt Rushton filed a lawsuit in September 2008. He claims Coleman's wife, Shannon Price, grabbed his cell phone after he tried taking Coleman's picture outside a Payson bowling alley on Sept. 6, 2008.

Rushton says Coleman then became aggressive in the parking lot and tried to run him over with a truck.

The Deseret News reports the suit was dismissed Tuesday after the three reached a settlement agreement. Details of the agreement were not disclosed.

Coleman pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and reckless driving in connection to the incident.
